Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or in person.
A patch test is required for certain treatments (e.g., waxing, tinting, etc.) at least 24-48 hours
before the appointment.
Group bookings or treatment bundles may require a deposit.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required for:
Bundled waxing packages
Mesotherapy or microneedling treatments
Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable for completed services.
Pre-paid packages (e.g., Wax Offers: Buy 3 Get 1 Free / Buy 8 Get 10) are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions may be refused treatment for health and safety.
Pregnant clients should notify us prior to booking certain treatments.
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 or older for intimate waxing, mesotherapy, and microneedli
Clients aged 16–17 must have written parental consent for other services.
Privacy Policy
All client information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).We never share your data with third parties.

Skin Peel treatments
Must be done 24–48 hours prior to the treatment.
Right to Refuse Service
Kety Kat Aesthetics and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, late arrivals, or breach of these policies.
